Before you drive
- We are a tenant in the Launchbox building. We are not Launchbox.
- Park in the large free lot in front. Use the front entrance under the awning.
- Book first. Call or text 518-900-1663 when you arrive and we will meet you.
- Launchbox front desk is usually 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. They can point you. They cannot take a repair or answer questions about your device.
- Wait at the entrance. Do not go into other businesses in the building.
- Near Wolf Road and Colonie Center.
- We accept everything except checks.
Can't come in? Pickup is free within 5 miles. About $10 to Schenectady. About $35–40 to Amsterdam. For any other town outside 5 miles, we confirm the fee before we come.
