PS5 HDMI Port Repair in Latham, NY

Is it the HDMI port? Common signs
- The console powers on, but the TV says "no signal" or shows a black screen
- The picture flickers, sparkles or cuts out when the cable moves
- The HDMI cable feels loose or wobbly, or won't stay in
- The port looks bent, cracked, burnt or has bent pins inside
- A different cable and a different TV give the same result
These are common symptoms, not a diagnosis. Other faults can look the same, which is why we inspect before we quote. Before you book, you can try a different certified HDMI cable and a different HDMI input on the TV. If the problem follows the console, the port is a likely suspect.

How the repair works
- Book an appointment online, or call or text 518-900-1663.
- We inspect your console under the microscope. We tell you what we find before any work starts.
- You approve or decline. If a deeper diagnostic is needed, it is $40 to $100 depending on the job, and we tell you the cost first and you approve it.
- Board-level repair. We remove the damaged HDMI port, clean the pads on the board, solder in a new port and test the console.
- Cleaning included with the special.
- Pick it up at the shop, or we deliver if you're within our free delivery area.
